Money Back Guarantee
You are entitled to back out of the contract concluded with Turning Point s.r.l., without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt. The "Withdrawal Right" applies only to products that are intact at the time of return, and cannot be exercised for those products that do not have their own box, envelope and tag (which must be strictly attached to them), completely or partially altered in the their essential and qualitative characteristics or damaged, worn, washed. The withdrawal must be communicated by filling out the electronic form under the heading "Returns" in the "Customer Service" menu on bolledisaponeabbigliamento.it. The communication must specify the number of your order, the intent of withdrawal and the code of the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal. After the return of the products, Turning Point s.r.l. provides for the necessary controls in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated here. If these are not respected, you will not be entitled to the reimbursement. Nevertheless, we will return the products in the conditions you sent them at your expense, otherwise Turning Point srl may retain the products, in addition to the amount already paid for their purchase. If the withdrawal right is exercised according to the terms described above, and the controls are concluded positively, Turning Point s.r.l. will send you an e-mail containing the related confirmation of acceptance of the returned products. Whatever payment method you use, Turning Point s.r.l. will reimburse the price for the purchase of the products, excluding the cost of shipping and collection, in the same way as received, or by bank transfer. The reimbursement will take place as quickly as possible, within 14 (Fourteen) working days, starting from the date in which Turning Point s.r.l. has received the returned products. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and who paid for the purchase, the refund will be made to the person who made the payment. Please, pay attention to the above information because they are an integral and substantial part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and therefore, at the time of transmission of the order, you must be aware of them.
The Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes and will be effective from the date of publication on bolledisaponeabbigliamento.it.
