Return for Product Change or Accreditation
In order to make the return for size change, product replacement or credit in your account, you must maintain the tag attached to the item and keep its envelope or box intact. The product should not be worn, washed, or damaged. Within 7 (seven) days from receipt, you should fill out the form that you find on our website under the heading "Returns" in the "Customer Service" menu. Before this, you must receive the authorization and the related instructions and conditions. The shipping costs to return the product are at your expense. Once received, we will reimburse the price of the returned product to your account. So whenever you want you can make a new order, for the same product or another one, and the system will automatically reduce your credit with no deadline.
